Arm of gypsy cream

ingredients:

  •  4 eggs
  • 125 g. sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • 125 g. flour
  • 1 teaspoon Royal 
preparation:

Separate the yolks from the whites. Retrace the yolks with sugar and flour and mix itslowly Royal. Finally assemble the egg whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt and add itto the rest. Put a sheet of paper in a bakery and pasta Platera above. We coppers oven at 200 degrees about 8 minutes, when it filled with cold cream and roll it. Finally we shakepowdered sugar on top.
